ajax Fail :$ 2007/02/04 21:38 Karma: 0
It's not working properly although I've apply all the instructions in the blog - "Make an Ajaxified Joomla Site". at first I've been getting only mosMainBody(); word in the mainbody position, but I've got something after I've tried multiple combinations of the surrounding "mosMainBody();"

I've changed the line :

<?PHP mosMainBody();?>

to :

<div id="mainbody"><?mosMainBody();?></div>

and it begun to work but instead of 2 exceptions.

1- the same and first content cames on everytime when I've clicked any link.

2- After the fading, Page is cleared and only the menu items comes out.

I've only informed about this issue.

Thanks...

I've installed a new joomla site and tested the ajax method. It's been working properly on a pure joomla site but it needs some modification like loader. I mean that fade effect isnt enough for the page loading time. When I've clicked a menu item, current content fades down at first, and the same content fades out later, and the new content reappers at last. It's not enough for a site although it's a good thecnique but new. thanks again for the tooltip. you can test the ajaxfied site at www.test.ismailsezen.com
