I promised to report back when a new Feed Gator version was available. Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this message but I figured it might be because the excellent component JP FeedMe uses it for aggregating news.
The new Feed Gator version is SP_0.3 The 'SP' stands for SimplePie, the parser that this version is based on.
There are some known issues with using Feed Gator on PHP5. Be sure to read the information in this article before downloading it. More info here:
