Hi,

I'm helping a friend put together his site, and, as usual, I used my favorite image plugin, but, for the first time, I am having problems.

Only some of the thumbnails are being created. I've looked with several browsers, and it is the same problem.

I've tried renaming the directory and re-uploading the images, but I still have the same problem.

I have never had a problem before with this mambot.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 26214400 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11088 bytes) in .../mambots/content/plugin_hs_jp/makethumb.php on line 44

Try editing your .htacess and put this:
php_value memory_limit 16M
If the problem persists, contact your hosting support.

I tried your solution, but it did not work.
So I tried some different values, and when I put in

php_value memory_limit 36M

It worked perfectly.
