Customize an extension (jp FilmStrip)

Short desc of new functionalities:
1_ put a button on left and right to make rotation in both ways.
when I "click and hold" one of these buttons it have to rotate faster.
2_ rotation to both ways. Wink (actually it is moving form right to left only)
3_ when I put the mouse hover an image it have to over size or charge alternate image. (I attach an example that I need to look like)
4_ When I click it the rotation have to stop, unless I click again one of the buttons on each side.


Note: The administrator settings are not required. Example: I don't require change the type of buttons (1) from the administrator, I can do this from code or by css.

I will need it in almost 7 dais.

The budget that I have to do this is $100
