Hi, I just purchased this, and when I went to install it, I got:
Unrecoverable error "PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)"

Any thoughts? I received a zip error when unzipping it as well.

Nothing. I sent an e-mail to their sales account which is the only one I have found so far.

I need to set it up ASAP.
