I can't figure out how to remove the "dots" that appear next to the tabs.

I'm new to CSS, and Joomla. Could anyone explain to me how to remove these "dots"?

Try adding this to the css style of the ajaxtabs module css file

line 20
.shadetabs li{
...
...
list-style-type:none;
}

May work!

BTW (pls dont take me wrong, just a suggestion)
Use some nice modern template instead of this default one, this is based on table completely and can throw IE in Quirk mode leading to problem with many addons. There are 100s if not thousands good free modern template all over the internet)

Unfortunately, the dots are still there.

Also, I am looking for a good template. I don't want to buy one right now, and I am picky I will find one soon.

I have changed this to :none, and removed all references to ul or li in mod_ajaxtabsjp.php - still the dots are there...

Any ideas? I would totally use this, except it breaks the look of my site.
