jp MooTabs module is another tab module, and is similar to Ajax tabs module. You can use it to make tabs for displaying content from categories or sections. The back-end has a number of configuration options:

Most of the settings are pretty clear. You must use the second parameter to show RSS feeds in different categories however, even though you might have imported the RSS feeds as content items. This is because while the feeds are content items, their HTML is differentso I formatted the code using regex. You need to tell the module that the content is RSS.
