You're looking at jp TimeCard.*

Great for news portals, jp Timecard organizes content items from a Section or Category by age groups, such as day-old or week-old (You can define that yourself in the backend) and displays them in clickable tabs. As a value-add, a tasty Ajax mouseover effect displays a preview of each content item.

Note that jp TimeCard organizes items based on *creation* date, not change date. That's why the 3 month and 6 month tabs above don't have much in them, even though we have added a lot of new content to the site in the last 6 months.
